Returns & Refunds

Every RMNXL piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you; it's printed after you order it. That's why we handle returns a little differently than a regular store.

If something's wrong, let's make it right
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or never shows up, we'll replace it or refund you. Email hello@rmnxl.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A short description of what's wrong

Most issues get a decision within 7 business days. If we need the item back, we'll send instructions. Please don't mail anything back without hearing from us first. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

What we can't take back
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered, or changed your mind
• Items that were worn, washed, stained, or altered
• Orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect shipping address or phone number
• Socks, masks, underwear, and swimwear, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived defective

Please check the size chart before you order.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order only before it goes into production. Once printing starts, it can't be canceled.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
